思想咨商是思想政治教育研究的新领域,是一种基于微观个体的视角开展的以消解思想症结、去除精神痛苦、提升思想政治教育有效性为诉求的方法研究。思想咨商的对象及主体思想观念自我建构的特殊性决定了思想咨商的本质即是以平等对话为沟通方式的价值引导,它贯穿于不同个体思想咨商的过程之中,并根据个体思想问题的不同表征及症结根源具体表现为保健、治疗、批判及建构四种功能。

The ideological counseling is a new field of ideological and political educational research ,which is a method study based on the perspective of micro individual to clear up though crux,relieve mental suffer-ing and enhance the validity of ideological and political education. The nature of the ideology counseling is decided by its object and the self - construction specificity of subjects＇ ideology.That is to say,it is a value guiding expressed by means of equal dialogue, running through the process of different individuals＇ideolog- ical counseling, what＇s more, according to the different characterizations of individual ideological problems and the roots of the crux, the ideological counseling. mainly manifests four functionons;healthcare,treatment,critique and construction.
