摘要
油底壳是现代汽车发动机润滑系统中不可缺少的组成部分,直接与发动机相连,承担和传递着来自发动机的振动和噪声。随着材料技术的发展,塑料被逐渐应用在发动机零部件上。塑料与金属材料相比,具有密度小、耐腐蚀、隔音和隔热等特点,可以成型形状复杂的零件且制作成本低。可以说,塑料技术的进步为油底壳塑料化提供了基础。本文着重从技术角度,对油底壳塑料化应用做简要概述和分析。
Oil pan is the importment component in lubraciton systerm, whic contract with the engine, and transfer the vibration and noise. With the development of the material technology, plastic is now more and more applied in engine's parts. Compare to the mental material , palastic has smaller disenty, corrosion resisrance, sound insulation and heat insulation, can be applied in making complex parts and lower cost. In a word, the development of the plastic provide a base for plastic oil pan. This article is research on the application of plastic oil pan from technical point.
