发动机台架进气空调设备选型设计问题研究

Study of Intake Air Condition System for Engine Test Cell

发动机进气调节装置(简称进气空调)是发动机试验室的重要组成部分,它按要求调节空气输出的压力、温度和湿度,为发动机试验提供标准的进气条件,减少环境干扰和试验误差。本文对进气空调设备工作原理进行描述,列举五种试验标准所对应的的进气条件,并针对四种不同型号发动机的进气量进行计算,针对北京地区某汽车企业试验室配套进气空调项目实施情况进行总结。

Intake Air condition System is just an important part of engine test cell. This system is an engine intake air conditioning system, which is used to satisfy the air condition for automatic measure or control in engine bench test, possessing the function of maintaining constant temperature, constant humidity, constant pressure and adjusting flow rate. The air parameter such as temperature, humidity, pressure and flow rate can be set according to the test requirement. In this paper, it summarized the pro- ject implementation of the intake air conditioning projects based on different kind of Engine test cells.
