摘要
在修理上世纪90年代俄罗斯制造的发电用АД-31СТ燃气轮机时,发现该燃气轮机80%左右的中央传动供油孔存在不同程度的磨损,且随着使用时间的增长磨损逐渐增加,进而导致密封失效后滑油泄露,影响燃气轮机的安全和可靠工作。因缺乏设计资料和修理技术文件,对其结构进行重新研究,并对密封结构进行设计计算,找出了易发生滑油泄露的磨损量值,制订了加衬套进行修复的工艺方法。
