摘要 肺动脉高压(PAH)可以是独立存在的一种疾病,又可以是多种疾病进展过程中的一个阶段;是一种以血管重构为主要病理变化的疾病,表现为肺小血管增殖、重构及原位血栓形成等。其发病机制复杂,至今尚未明了。近年来研究表明,血管内皮损伤在PAH形成过程中扮演了重要的角色。现就近年来国内外有关PAH血管内皮损伤方面的研究予以综述。 Pulmonary hypertension( PAH) is a disease that can exist independently,and it can also be a stage in the progression of various diseases. The main pathological change of PAH is vascular remodeling,manifested as pulmonary vascular proliferation,remodeling and in situ thrombosis,etc. Its pathogenesis is complex and has not yet understood. In recent years,studies have shown that endothelial injury plays an important role in the process of pulmonary hypertension. Here is to make a review of the recent progress in the study of pulmonary hypertension vascular endothelial injury worldwide.
