阵发性心房颤动射频消融术后房性心律失常复发的相关因素 被引量:6

The Factors Associated with the Recurrence of Atrial Arrhythmia after Radiofrequency Ablation on Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation Patients

摘要 心房颤动导管消融术已历经10余年,从点状消融、节段性消融到肺静脉电位隔离术,消融术式日趋统一,成功率不断提高,安全性也在不断改善,其已被广泛应用于临床。虽然欧美国家报道的导管消融治疗阵发性心房颤动的成功率为91%~96%,但目前国内各中心消融技术水平参差不齐,且存在首次消融术后有一定比例复发的问题。该文就影响阵发性心房颤动消融术后复发房性心律的相关因素进行综述。 Catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation has developed for more than 10 years,from the points ablation,segmental ablation to pulmonary vein potential isolation,the ablation approaches are more unified,and the success rate and safety have been continuously increased,which has been widely used in clinical application. Although the catheter ablation success rate of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in Europe and the United States was reported to be 91%-96%,the levels of technology in different domestic electrophysiological centers are very uneven,and it still has the problem of high recurrence rate after primary ablation. Here reviews the related factors of recurrent atrial tachyarrhythmias after ablation in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
