摘要
胰十二指肠切除术(PD)是一种复杂且创伤较大的腹部手术,是目前治疗胰腺及壶腹部周围某些良恶性疾病的主要方法,该术式包括胰肠、胃肠及胆肠吻合,而胰肠吻合则是决定术后患者恢复情况的主要因素。随着医学的发展,胰肠吻合术式不断改良,已发展为数种不同的手术方式,且具有各自的优缺点,该文就PD中胰肠吻合的不同方式作一综述。
Pancreaticoduodenectomy,a complex and large-traumatic abdominal surgery,is currently the prevailing surgery method for some benign and malignant diseases of pancreas and periampullary. The full operation process includes choledochojejunostomy,gastrojejunostomy and pancreaticojejunostomy,among which pancreaticojejunostomy has been considered to be the main factor that influences the recovery of the patients. With the development of medicine,pancreaticojejunostomy has been continuously improved and developed into various kinds of surgical methods,with respective pros and cons,here is to make a review of the different kinds of pancreaticojejunostomy in pancreaticoduodenectomy.
