运动锻炼在冠心病康复治疗中的应用现状 被引量:12

摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的运动疗法中除了最早就被广泛使用的有氧运动外,等长收缩运动也被应用于冠心病的康复治疗。人们发现运动疗法对冠心病患者的多项指标都有改善,对心肌梗死和心力衰竭的患者也有很好的治疗作用,并且研究表明,冠心病患者进行运动锻炼的安全性并不低于正常人,在运动停止后,对心血管的改善效果还可以保持一段时间,参加运动锻炼的冠心病患者的治疗费用也会减少。运动疗法在冠心病治疗中的普及有赖于有丰富治疗经验的人员采用科学、合理的治疗方案以打消患者对安全的顾虑。 Aerobic exercise has been used on rehabilitation therapy of coronary heart disease for a long time,and isometric exercise is also used on rehabilitation therapy now. People found exercise can improve several indexes of coronary heart disease patients. Exercise training also has good therapeutic effect on patients with myocardial infarction and heart failure. Researches suggested the safety level of exercise training of coronary heart disease patients is not lower than the normal people. After stopping exercise,the improved index can keep for a certain period of time. Patients who do exercise also have lower cost of treatment. The popularization of exercise therapy relies on therapists with plenty of treatment experience making scientific and reasonable treatment scheme to dispel the patient's security concerns.
