基于热电转换的风、光、火电机组协调性发电调度

摘要 针对冬季供热期宁夏电网火电机组调整容量受限问题,通过调整全网电负荷与热负荷的分配比例,增加火电机组可调备用容量的方法,提出一种基于热、电转换的风电、光伏及火电机组的协调性调度方法。分析结果表明:将热负荷转化为电负荷后,可提升风电及光伏能源的消纳率,降低新能源出力波动对电网调峰的影响。 Aiming at the problem of limited capacity adjusting for coal-fired power generating units during heat supply in winter in Ningxia power grid, by adjusting the distribution ratio of the power and heat loads of power grid, increasing reserve capacity of coal-fired generating units. A kind of method on compatibility scheduling of wind power,photovoltaic generation and thermal power generating units based on thermoelectric conversion is presented. The analysis result shows that, after the transformation of thermal load into power load, the method can upgrade the consumption rate of wind power and photovohaic energy resource, reduce the impact of new energy fluctuation on power grid peak shaving.
