摘要
脊柱后凸畸形是一类比较复杂的脊柱外科疾病,其截骨矫形治疗一直被公认为脊柱外科的难点。数字化医学作为新兴的学科和技术,发展迅速,并已在脊柱畸形的治疗中得到广泛应用,且在不断的完善和创新。在脊柱后凸截骨矫形术中应用Mimics、有限元分析、快速成形等数字化技术可以提高手术定位的精度,减少手术并发症,提高手术成功率。
Kyphosis is a complicated spine disease , and its osteotomy has been recognized as a difficulty of spine surgery.Digital medicine as a new discipline and technology develops rapidly , and it has been widely used for spinal deformity with continuous improvement and innovation . In spinal deformity correction surgery,the application of Mimics,finite element analysis,rapid prototyping and other digital technology can improve the positioning accuracy, reduce the complications and improve the success rate of operation.
