摘要
原发性高血压是常见的慢性病,也是心脑血管疾病最主要的危险因素。脑卒中、心肌梗死、心力衰竭及慢性肾脏疾病是其主要并发症。在临床治疗过程中,经常会观察到原发性高血压非糖尿病患者发生低血糖症或低血糖反应,进食后症状可明显缓解。低血糖可诱发脑卒中、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等心脑血管疾病,增加原发性高血压患者的病死率。导致原发性高血压非糖尿病患者频繁出现低血糖症状的原因是研究的热点。
Hypertension is a common chronic disease,and a major risk factor of cardiovascular disease. Stroke,myocardial infarction,heart failure and chronic kidney disease(CKD) are the main complications of hypertension .In the process of clinical treatment ,it has been often observed that hypoglycemia or symptoms of low blood sugar occurs to patients with non-diabetic hypertension,and the symptoms can be relieved obviously after eating.Hypoglycemia can induce stroke, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases, increase mortality rate of hypertensive patients.Therefore,research on the reason for frequent incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with non-diabetic hypertension has become a hotspot.
