氧化应激与糖尿病血糖波动

Study on the Correlation between Oxidative Stress and Glucose Fluctuation in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

氧化应激在糖尿病以及血糖波动发生过程中的作用越来越受到关注。氧化应激是指机体活性氧类产生过多和(或)机体抗氧化能力减弱,活性氧类清除能力不足,活性氧类的产生和清除机制失衡,导致活性氧类在体内增多并引起细胞氧化损伤的病理过程。氧化应激贯穿于糖尿病的发病过程,两者互为因果,形成恶性循环,而血糖波动更加重了活性氧类的产生。

The role of oxidative stress in the process of diabetes and blood glucose fluctuation has drawn more and more attention.Oxidative stress refers to the pathologic process of cell oxidative damage caused by increased level of reactive oxygen species in vivo due to the excessive production of reactive oxygen species （or） decreased anti-oxidation ability,leading to the inadequate ability of removing reactive oxygen species, and imbalance between production of reactive oxygen species and their clearance mechanism .Oxidative stress involves throughout the process of diabetes.Diabetes and oxidative stress interact with each other and lead to a vicious cycle,furthermore,glucose fluctuation increases the production of reactive oxygen species.
