摘要
目的分析终末期肾衰竭患者血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平与心血管疾病的相关性。方法选择辽河油田总医院2011年1月至2013年1月收治的慢性肾功能不全患者120例,按照患者肾功能评级将其分为早期组、中期组、晚期组,对3组患者均实施血清BNP水平测定,根据检测结果及心血管疾病发生情况分析终末期肾衰竭患者血清BNP水平与心血管疾病相关性。结果晚期组血清BNP水平最高[(21 026±999)ng/L],中期组其次[(259±120)ng/L],早期组最低[(60±25)ng/L];晚期组患者心血管疾病发生率为82.5%,显著高于中期组(47.5%)、早期组(42.5%),但早期组与中期组心血管疾病发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清BNP与心血管疾病病发生率呈正相关(r=0.720,P=0.024),即血清BNP水平越高,则心血管疾病发生率越高。结论终末期肾衰竭患者在心血管疾病的发病率方面高于早、中期肾衰竭患者,做好终末期肾衰竭患者血清BNP检测对预防和发现心血管疾病十分重要。
Objective To analyze the correlation between serum B type natriuretic peptide ( BNP) and cardiovascular disease in patients with end-stage renal failure.Methods A total of 120 patients with end-stage renal failure admitted to the Liaohe Oilfield General Hospital from Jan .2011to Jan.2013 were includ-ed in the study,according to the renal function grading of the patients,they were divided into early-stage group,middle-stage group,and end-stage group,and the serum level of BNP of the three groups was meas-ured, according to the test results and the incidence of cardiovascular diseases the correlation between serum BNP level and cardiovascular disease in patients with end-stage kidney failure was analyzed .Results The serum BNP level of end-stage group was the highest [(21 026 ±999) ng/L],of the middle-stage group was [(259 ±120) ng/L],of the early-stage group was the lowest [(60 ±25) ng/L];incidence of cardiovascu-lar complication of the end-stage group reached as high as 82 .5%,significantly higher than the middle-stage group(47.5%) and the early-stage group (42.5%), but the difference between the early-stage group and the middle-stage had no statistically significant difference(P〉0.05).Serum BNP and cardiovascular disea-ses incidence were positively correlated, i.e.the higher the serum level of BNP,the higher the incidence of cardiovascular diseases(r =0.720,P =0.024).Conclusion Patients with end-stage renal failure have higher incidence of cardiovascular disease than the early-stage and middle-stage renal failure patients, ythe-refore it′s very important to detect the BNP level in end-stage renal failure patients to prevent and discover cardiovascular diseases.
