摘要
为了合理开发利用湖北某金矿石,在分析矿石性质和探索试验的基础上,进行选金试验。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 80%的条件下,采用碳酸钠作为p H调整剂,P2作为组合抑制剂,MB和丁胺黑药作为混合捕收剂,通过1粗1精2扫试验流程选金,最终获得产率为4.41%、品位为93.82 g/t、回收率为88.54%的金精矿。
In order to rationally develop and utilize a gold ore in Hubei,aurum selection experiments is carried out based on the ore property and exploring experiments. The results indicated that,at the grinding fineness of 80%- 0. 074 mm,using sodium carbonate as p H adjusting agent,P2 as composite inhibitors,MB and butylamine aerofloat as mixed collector,through one roughing-one cleaning-two scavenging process,gold concentrate with yield rate of 4. 41%,gold grade of 93. 82 g / t,gold recovery of88. 54% was obtained.
