摘要
某氧化锰矿石品位低、风化严重。为实现该矿的合理开发利用,在分析矿石性质和探索试验的基础上,采用分级脱泥—磨矿—湿式强磁选工艺对锰进行选别回收。结果表明:原矿经分级脱泥后,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm 43.80%,湿式强磁选磁场强度为1 512.74 k A/m时,可获得锰品位为30.85%、铁品位为8.83%、锰回收率61.55%的锰精矿。选矿指标较好,可为氧化锰矿的选别提供技术借鉴。
There is an oxide manganese ore with low grade and seriously weathering. In order to reasonable develop and utilize the ore,desliming by classification-grinding-wet high intensity magnetic separation process was carried out,based on the ore property analysis and exploring experiments. The results showed that,manganese concentrate with manganese grade of 30. 85% and recovery of 61. 55%,iron recovery of 8. 33% is obtained at the grinding fineness of 43. 80%- 0. 074 mm and intensity of wet high intensity magnetic separation of 1 512. 74 k A / m after desliming by classification. The concentrate index is good and can provide technical reference for beneficiation of manganese oxide ore.
