From the Improving the Quality to Talk About Easing the Burden

摘要 减轻教育负担,提高教育质量,首先需澄清"负"是什么。教育中的"负"有三层,分别为学生背负的学业"负担",教师承担的职业"负担"及学校承载的外界"负担"。提高质量,须将"减负"作为有力举措,"减负"的过程乃是"提质"。"减负提质"是一项艰巨工程,仅仅依靠文件强制是不够的,全社会要形成"减负"共识,制定"减负"监督措施,先为教师"减负"。 If we want to improve the education quality to through easing the burden,and first we need to clarify what is "the burden". The burden in education has three meanings,they are respectively the Students’ academic burden,the teachers’ professional burden and school’s outside burden. we should be regard "ease the burden"as a powerful method,because the processing of easing the burden is the processing of improving the quality. "ease the burden to improve the quality"is a difficult job,It is not enough to rely on documents mandatory,it needs form society’s consensus of easing the burden,formulate supervision measures,and ease the teachers’ burden with concrete actions.
