摘要
职业成就感是个体胜任工作时所产生的内在的愉悦感和满足感。获得职业成就感是农村中小学教师的内在需要和专业发展的内在动力。当前农村中小学教师普遍存在职业成就感缺失现象。这种现象是历史与现实、客观与主观多重因素交织产生的后果。可以从宏观、中观和微观三个层面来探讨提升农村中小学教师职业成就感的可能路径。
To pursue achievement is teachers’ inside motivation and growth power. After investigating education experience,we will find that there is a phenomenon of rural teachers’ professional achievement deficiency,which issue from different kinds of reasons. We can give some suggestions from different aspects to provide rural teachers’ professional achievement.
