摘要
教师专业成长是基于教师文化性存在的主动发展。受高校传统行政管理方式的影响,目前高校青年教师专业成长的主体性缺失主要表现为:重使用轻培养、重资历轻能力、重数量轻质量、重知识轻能力、重行政轻学术、重控制轻沟通等问题。从被动专业化到主动成长是高校青年教师专业发展的努力方向。
Teachers’ professional development is based on the initiative growth of teacher culture being.With the influence of the traditional administration way by colleges and universities,the subjectivity of young teachers professional development is missing,only paying more attention to teachers’ using,qualifications,research quantity,knowledge,administrative rights and control,but ignoring teachers’ cultivate,qualifications,research quantity,ability,academic rights and communication,etc. From passive to active growing specialization is a tendency toward young university teachers’ professional development.
