摘要
通过对吕梁市高新技术开发区的宏观背景的提取与定位研究,探讨了开发区规划的核心问题及发展策略,并对产业及物流体系进行了研究,阐述了地级市级高新技术开发区规划编制的侧重点,以期为类似项目规划编制提供参考。
Through the extraction and positioning research on macro background of Lvliang high tech development zone,discussed the planning and development strategy the development zone core problems,and researched the industry and logistics system,elaborated the compilation em-phasis of prefecture level city high tech development zone compilation,in order to provide reference for similar projects planning.
