摘要
重点研究了苏州轨道4号线吴江段站点对周边土地开发利用的影响,梳理不同类型轨道交通站点周边的土地开发利用模式,同时对新城区站点周边城市立体空间的综合开发提出了可行性建议。
This paper emphatically researched the influence of Suzhou metro line 4 Wujiang section station to surrounding land development and utilization,analyzed land development and utilization mode of different rail transportation station,at the same time put forward feasible sugges-tions for the comprehensive development of new city station surrounding three-dimensional space.
