低胶材自密实混凝土外加剂的试验研究

The test research on self compacting concrete admixtures with low plastic material

采用脂肪族减水剂、氨基组分、萘粉、葡萄糖酸钠和麦芽糊精复配出一种高效减水剂,并通过试验确定了该减水剂的配方,指出该高效减水剂可用于制备机制砂用量占细骨料40%以上、强度等级在C30~C40范围内的低胶材自密实混凝土。

This paper prepared a super plasticizer using aliphatic plasticizer, amino group, naphthalene powder, acid sodium glucose and maltodextrin, and through the test determined the formula of this plasticizer, pointed out that the super plasticizer could be used for low adhesive material self compacting concrete for preparing the mechanism sand consumption accounted for more than 40% of fine aggregate, the strength grade within C30 -C40 scope.
