结合国道317线改扩建工程实例,在分析川藏高寒山区公路气候特点的基础上,对高寒地区公路路基、路面、路基防护设计的原则及注意事项进行了阐述,使公路设计满足高寒地区的功能要求。

Combining with the reconstruction and extension project of national road 317 line, based on the analysis on the climate characteristics of Sichuan-Tibet alpine mountain, elaborated the principle and matters needing attention of highway sub-grade, pavement, sub-grade protection design of alpine area, made the highway design to meet the functional requirements of alpine area.
