摘要
对Risk Monitor(RM)进行了简要介绍,概述了美国、西班牙、英国、匈牙利、加拿大等国家的监管部门对使用和发展RM的观点,分析了发展RM的优势与阻碍因素,为RM的推广应用奠定了基础。
The paper introduces the Risk Monitor（ RM）, surveys the views of supervision departments from America, Spain, Britain, Hungary, and Canada in its application and development, and analyzes the advantageous and obstructive factors in its development, so as to lay the foundation for the extensive application of the Risk Monitor（RM）.
