摘要
主要对我国施工反索赔现状与存在的主要问题进行了认真地分析,并在此基础上提出了提高施工反索赔水平的途径与思路,对业主提高反索赔管理水平有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
The paper mainly analyzes major problems in status of counterclaim of construction in China, and points out some channels and ideas to promote the counterclaim in construction based on previous points, so it is meaningful to enhance the owners＇ counterclaim management.
