In the background of international engineering education , to improve the teaching quality of international cooperative education and maximize the positive effect of introducing overseas talents and resources to benefit students ,it has taken a series of measures .By introducing the advanced teaching notions from other foreign countries ,setting up the curriculum system precisely ,improving talent training plan ,taking effective teaching methods ,and strengthening the education and teaching management ,the quality of international cooperative education is improved effectively w hich ensures that students are quick‐handed at work , persistent in learning , capable of designing , good at implementing , familiar with management ,with international perspective and creative thinking of high quality .Moreover ,it effectively improves IELTS scores of the students and creates positive conditions for students to go abroad .Students who choose to study abroad should be endowed with obvious competitive advantage .The training and education of applied international talents will be improved during this process .
