宽厚板双边剪切系统的优化与应用

Optimization and Application of Double Side Shear System for Wide and Thick Size Plate

针对宽厚板双边剪生产中存在的剪切精度不准确问题,采取增加测量辊标定功能,调整夹送辊标高的方法对双边剪切系统进行了优化。优化后剪切精度明显提高,降低了企业生产成本。

Regarding to inaccurate shearing issues in the process of double side shear of wide and thick size plate,calibration function of measuring roll and level adjusting of pinch roll have been adopted to improve the double side shear system. Finally shearing precision has been increased evidently and further production cost has been reduced after optimization.
