高职院校学报特色发展的办评用联动机制

The Linkage Mechanism of “Running, Evaluating and Using” in the Characteristic Development of Transactions in Vocational Colleges

高职院校学报普遍存在稿源不足、作者层次不高、学术影响力差、社会评价不高、生存发展空间狭小等问题;根本原因是高职院校学报办刊,学术组织评刊,在职称评定和科研考核中用刊,都是基于普通高校知识创新价值取向。高职院校学报的根本出路在于按照高职教育知识应用与转化价值取向,建立特色发展的办刊、评刊和用刊联动机制。

There are some common problems in transactions of vocational colleges, including insufficient manuscripts, unsophisticated authors, poor academic influence, low social evaluation and small space for survival and development. The basic reason is that it is all based on value orientation of knowledge innovation in universities when vocational colleges run transactions, when academic organizations evaluate transactions, or when the transactions are used in evaluation of professional titles and research assessment. The fundamental way out for transactions in vocational colleges lies in establishing and developing a characteristic linkage mechanism of ＂running, evaluating and using transactions＂ according to the value orientation of the application and transformation of knowledge in vocational education.
