摘要
目的探讨PBL教学模式在心脏外科教学中的应用效果。方法对照组与实验组分别采用传统讲授式教学模式和PBL教学模式进行教学,通过考核教学基本知识概念、临床分析推理能力、信息技术与文献检索使用率、参与临床见习积极性、临床实践操作技能、自我心理评估,对教学效果做出评价。结果实验组教学效果明显优于对照组。结论 PBL教学法在心脏外科教学中教学效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of PBL teaching in cardiac surgery. MethodsThe control group and the experimental group were taught with traditional teaching mode and teaching of PBL, the teaching effectiveness were determined by examining the basics concepts of assessment, clinical analytical reasoning capabilities, IT and document retrieval usage, actively involved in clinical practice, clinical practice skills, self-psychological assessment. Results The achievements of the experimental group were better than that of the control group. Conclusion PBL teaching method in Cardiac Surgery can improve teaching effects significantly.
