构建远程开放教育复式教师专业发展模式,既体现当代教育理论中教师专业发展的科学理念,又符合泛在学习环境下教师专业发展的现实诉求,是促进远程开放教育教师个体与群体和谐发展的生态模式。
The duplex mode in the construction of teachers' professional development reflects the teacher's professional development in the contemporary education theory and the practical demands of ubiquitous learning of distance open education learning environment.They can promote the ecological model of teacher individual and group of harmonious development.
