基于大学生偏好异质性分析的高校评教研究

摘要 高校传统的评教方法受到了众多专家学者的质疑,其中一个重要的原因是这些方法并没有考虑大学生对各评教指标会产生不同的偏好,导致不能客观、准确地对被评教师作出评判,对促进教师教学质量的提高没有发挥应有的作用。有鉴于此,在评教过程中,高校应该在考虑大学生对各评教指标偏好的基础上,确定各评教指标的偏好值及其所占比重,运用科学统计方法准确地计算出被评教师的分数及排名,以期达到促进教师更好地改善教学质量的效果。 The traditional teaching evaluation method has been questioned by many scholars and experts,one of the important reasons is that these methods do not consider the students on the teaching evaluation index will have different preferences,cause cannot objectively,accurately judge by the assessment of teachers,and not play its role to promote teachers' teaching quality improvement.In the light of this,in the evaluation of teaching process,universities should consider the students on the basis of the teaching evaluation index on the preferences,determine the teaching evaluation index value of the preference and its proportion,using scientific statistical methods to accurately calculate the evaluated teachers score and ranking,in order to promote teachers teaching quality.
