The whole process employment guidance is now becoming the basic idea of universities＇ employment instruction work.The practice shows that effectively constructing the whole process employment guidance work system,contributes to students＇ development and talent.Moreover instructors are the key part to carry out the whole process of employment guidance work.This paper puts forward the basic path to promote whole process employment guidance work of universities from the instructors＇ perspective,explores the educational mode to facilitate the growth and development of students.
