摘要
基于实际工程所选取的12种具有代表性的旧沥青路面回收料抽提回收得到不同老化程度的SBS类旧沥青路面胶结料,以再生沥青路面胶结料的135℃黏度、25℃针入度为主控指标,通过室内试验研究,推荐了与旧沥青路面胶结料老化性能相适应的再生材料及建议掺量;通过薄膜老化试验,分析再生沥青路面胶结料抗老化性能,结果表明不同再生方法所得的再生沥青路面胶结料的抗老化性能均能够满足路用要求。
Twelve kinds of reclaimed SBS modified asphalt binders of different aging degrees were obtained from representative asphalt pavements of a real project. Through indoor experiments, the recycling materials and recommended dosage which were adapted to the aging properties of reclaimed asphalt binders were put forward based on viscosity of 135 ℃ and penetration of 25 ℃. The anti-aging performance of regenerated asphalt binders was analyzed by TFOT, which showed that the anti-aging performance of regenerated asphalt binders in different regeneration methods was able to properly meet the requirements of the road in use.
