摘要
基于嵌入式系统和自动化技术研制的PCB电路板雕刻机智能控制系统能够自动解读电路板设计软件设计的电路图文件,并按照电路图设计的线路和焊盘钻孔信息自动控制雕刻钻孔平台自动实现对电路板的雕刻钻孔.研发的电路板雕刻机具有体积小、功能强、成本低、精度高的特点,能够较好满足电子产品研发过程中小批量试制电路板的需求.
Based on embedded systems and automation technology,the PCB carving machine intelligent control system is designed. The PCB carving machine interpret the circuit schematic files,which are the output of the PCB designed software,and perform the board carving and drilling automatically through the hardware platform of the carving and drilling. Development board carving machine can perform accuracy and effectively with low cost,and can better meet the needs of small batch trial circuit board manufacture in the electronic product development process.
