在日常告警梳理和分析的过程中,发现近期湖南省多次出现华为ME60设备单板CPU利用率高的告警,当CPU突发并长期持续较高的情况下,可能会导致导致网络路由、用户震荡引发用户业务异常,为此,针对这些告警进行深入分析,总结出了一些经验和解决方法。文章依托现网的几个维护案例,阐述了CPU利用率高的故障处理、分析过程,并展望城域网的发展,提出了一些现网业务部署和网络规划的建议。

In the process of daily alarm analysis, it is found that recently, the high CPU utilization of Huawei ME60 equipment veneer is warned. When the CPU burst remains high for a long time, it may lead to the shock of network routing and users business exception. Therefore, we aim at these alarm analysis and summarizes some experience and solutions. Based on several maintenance cases, this paper elaborates the fault handling and analysis process of the high CPU utilization, looks to the future of the development of metropolitan area network and puts forward some advice on current network business deployment and network planning.
