IPTV(互联网协定电视,通过互联网往来承载的交互式网络电视技术)业务目前作为中国电信最主要的融合新业务已经得到广大用户应用。当前维护工作中,IPTV故障的处理效率尚且远远落后于其他业务(如互联网、语音等)。如何更为高效地完成IPTV故障诊断和处理,成为了极具迫切性且有重大实际意义的问题。文章将结合实际工作经验,从网络层级、故障类别等多个角度,以全面阐述IPTV故障的可能成因和分析处理方法。

As a kind of interactive network television technology hosted by broadband and the leading new fusion business of China telecom, IPTV has been used by the majority of the users. In the current maintenance work, the processing efficiency of the IPTV fault is still far behind the other business, such as broadband, voice, etc.. How to complete the IPTV fault diagnosis and treatment efficiently has become the extremely urgent and important matter. Combined with the practical work experience, this paper analyzes the fault causes and handling methods from many aspects such as network level and fault category.
