This paper introduces the design and implementation of the commission automatic payment system of the China Telecom partner settlement system. It preliminarily discusses the related issues of building a highly-efficient and precise payment system. Through a series of analysis, adjustment and optimization, the final settlement payment system can meet the company＇s business needs, reduce the difference between the business data and financial data, rapidly improve the efficiency of the agent commission payments and significantly improved the agent’s perception.
