摘要
本研究对普通本科院校360名非英语专业学生进行了问卷调查,旨在了解学生在通过大学英语四级考试或完成大学英语基础阶段的学习后,对大学英语后续课程的需求情况。调查发现,与重点院校的学生一样,普通本科院校的学生对大学英语后续课程也有强烈的学习需求,但具体需求又具有自己的特点。文章最后基于需求分析,对普通本科院校大学英语后续课程的课程设置、教学内容、教学目标、教学方法等方面进行了思考。
This paper presents an investigation into the learning needs of 360 non- English major undergraduates in general colleges for the follow- up courses of college English. The results indicate that,like students in key universities,students in general colleges also show a strong desire to learn the follow- up courses,but they are different in specific aspects of learning needs. Based on the needs analysis,the paper ends with some suggestions on the curriculum,teaching contents,teaching objectives,teaching methods,etc. of follow- up courses in general colleges.
