This paper analyzed the teaching and research equipment purchasing and found out the related inlfuencing factors, put forward countermeasures to improve the procurement management, to establish the credit system, to realize the resource sharing , so as to supply reference evidence for the implementation of expected procurement beneifts of the college and university.
