摘要
介绍了线切割的工作原理及工程实训过程,以Auto CAD软件为教学平台,通过绘图、设置切割参数、生成3B代码、自主设计加工工件等过程使学生掌握数控线切割技术及加工过程,激发学生的学习兴趣,营造探索气氛,培养学生的自我创新能力。
This thesis introduces the working theory of CNC (computer numerical control) wire-cutting and the course of engineering training. Uses AutoCAD as teaching platform, let the students know more about CNC wire-cutting and the processing procedure via the course of actual drawing, set cutting parameter, generate 3B code, self-designed processing parts, ect. which stimulates students’ learning interest, builds the atmosphere of exploring, and develops students’ self-innovation ability.
