摘要
目的:探究舒适护理对老年颌面外科手术患者负面情绪的影响。方法:以2010年8月到2013年12月期间到我科接受手术治疗的患者200例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各100例,对照组在入院后采取临床常规护理方法,研究组采用舒适护理的方式,用临床标准情绪评价表进行评定患者入院时和出院前一段时间的负面情绪的情况。结果:研究组患者在出院时的负面情绪评分平均为20.16±5.18,对照组评分平均为42.25±8.36,与对照组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);研究组在住院期间医患纠纷的发生率为1.0%,对照组的发生率为6.0%,与对照组相比,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理对老年颌面外科手术患者的作用效果显著,具有很好地缓解患者负面情绪,减轻患者疼痛的作用,可以考虑在临床中广泛推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of comfort care for reducing negative emotions for elderly patients receiving maxillofacial surgeries. Methods: 200 elderly patients who underwent maxillofacial surgeries from August 2010 to December 2013 in our department were randomly divided into two groups(n=100), either receiving routine nursing care as the control group or comfort care as the experimental group after hospitalization, The clinical emotional assessment scale was conducted to access negative emotions of patients on admissions and discharge. Results: The negative emotional scale score of the experimental group at discharge(20.16±5.18) was significantly lower than the control group(42.25±8.36)(P 0.05), while the incidence of medical disputes of the comfort care group was significantly reduced(1%),compared with the routine nursing care group(6.0%)(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The effect on comfort care could have a negative-emotion-reducing and pain-relieving effect on elderly patients receiving maxillofacial surgeries, worthy of clinical application.
