It is regarded that log cycle, comprehensive ability of editors and attention degree of the author are important factors affecting the manuscript revision. On these basis, some countermeasures are put forward, such as shortening the review period, strengthening effective communication and regulating the submission process in order to ensure the timely manuscript srevision. It can ensure timeliness of the manuscripts and avoid the loss of excellent manuscripts.
