摘要
文章阐述了各水文要素在年内和年际的变化规律。合理开发利用察汗乌苏河流域水资源、防灾减灾、解决水资源问题提出了建议。
This paper describes the variation of hydrological factors in each year and the annual occasion. provides a reasonable suggestions for the development of water resources, disaster prevention and mitigation, to solve water problems in Chahanwusu river basin.
