摘要
针对并联行星轮系自动变速器的结构特点设计出行星轮系,利用三维建模软件Pro/E建立行星轮系模型,并用有限元分析软件ANSYS对所设计的行星齿轮系进行模态有限元分析,从而可以得出行星轮系的固有频率以及振型,为并联行星轮系自动变速器传动性能的优化提供重要的模态参数,同时也为结构的改进设计提供了理论依据。
The planetary gear train is designed on the basis of the structural characteristics of parallel planetary gear train automation transmission.The model of planetary gear train is built by Pro/E software,the modal analysis is conducted by finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the natural frequencies and mode shapes of planetary gear train are obtained.This method provides the important modal parameters for parallel planetary gear train automation transmission performance optimization,and lays the theoretical basis for further improvement on its structure design.
