转向器试验台加载系统的惯性力抑制

摘要 对汽车转向器试验台的惯量负载进行质量折算,并对试验台的整个系统建立了数学模型。根据结构不变性原理,较好地消除了负载参数、强制干扰等对加载系统特性的影响。对系统进行了建模仿真分析,给出了系统的动态特性曲线,最终得出的补偿后的系统满足性能指标要求。 In the loading part of automobile steering gear test system,the inertia load was converted into equivalent mass,and the mathematical model of the system was set up.The influence of load parameters and interferences on the system was partly weakened via the invariant-constructure theory.The Simulink of MATLAB was applied to create the system model,and dynamic simulation was carried out.The dynamic response curve of the system was analyzed,to help us to conclude the updated system meeting the specifications.
