摘要
介绍了医用剪叉式升降床升降机构的结构特点,以经典力学分析方法分析了机构的几何参数之间的相互关系,求得了电动推杆推力的数学表达式。利用Creo Parametric进行了升降机构的三维建模,并对其进行了机构仿真,验证了经典力学分析方法的正确性,大大提高了医用剪叉式升降床设计的可靠性,同时为提高其设计效率提供了一种解决方案。
This article described the structual characteristics of medical scissor-type lifting mechanism,the classical mechanics analysis method was used to analyze the relations of the geometric parameters of the mechanism,the mathematical expression of the electric putter thrust was obtained.Creo Parametric was used to set up the 3D model of lifting mechanism and carry out the mechanism simulation,the result verified the correctness of the analytical method of classical mechanics.This work may greatly improve the design reliability of the lifting bed,at the same time,the simulation provides a solution to improve the efficiency of designing the medical scissor-type lifting bed.
