铝合金材料发动机罩内罩板优化设计研究 被引量:5

摘要 以某车型的发动机罩数模为原型,将发动机罩内罩板作为研究对象,选取当今热门材料铝合金,提出了一种拓扑优化和形貌优化相结合的优化方法,使模型在轻量化的同时满足基本力学性能要求。分析过程中模拟了发动机罩最常见的6种工况,通过有限元软件计算出符合这些工况下的最优化结构,根据优化结果修改内罩板模型,并与标杆车模型的力学性能进行对比。经检验铝合金材料发动机罩设计模型质量较标杆车模型减轻约21.4%,力学性能良好。 Taking a hood inner cover as analysis object,using the aluminum material insteading the original material,this paper proposed an optimization method which combined topology optimization and topography optimization to make the model lightweight and meet the requirement of the basic mechanical properties.The simulation analysis on the cover in six most common conditions was conducted,the optimized structure which could meet the requirement was obtained by the finite element analysis,and the model was modified based on the optimization results.Compared with the benchmarking model,the weight of the optimized hood of aluminum alloy was reduced by 21.4%,and its mechanical properties was satisfied.
