摘要
汽车车桥是汽车上主要承载构件之一,对其进行分析和优化十分必要。以某公司生产的前桥前轴为例,先建立前轴的Pro/E三维模型,后导入ANSYS Workbench,在几种不同的路况上对前轴进行静态分析,结果表明前轴在应力大小方面能满足要求。在此基础上结合实际情况,并以质量最小化为最终目的,对前轴进行了形状优化和尺寸优化,为前轴的实际制造和优化改进提供理论依据。
As one of the main carrying components of automobile,the analysis and optimization of automobile axle is necessary.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the front axle was set up in Pro/E,the model was imported into ANSYS Workbench,and the static analysis of the front axle in several different conditions was conducted,the results showed that the front axle in the stress could meet the requirements.Then,based on the static analysis,the shape and size of the front axle were optimized,and the ultimate aim was to minimize the mass,it would provide a theoretical basis for the practical manufacturing and optimization of front axle.
