摘要
根据拆炉机研发、制造及使用中收集到的资料,利用UG建立了拆炉机平台3D模型,讨论了拆炉机平台的受力与变形,利用ANSYS Workbench中的静力分析模块对平台进行静力学仿真,将受力变形结果与实际测量数据相结合,形成了对拆炉机平台设计的重要经验,为在以后的研发设计中提高此类重型机械平台的性能提供了参考。
According to the information collected from research and development of furnace breakers,the 3D model of a furnace breaker platform was established by UG.The stress and deformation of furnace breaker platform was discussed,the ANSYS Workbench static structural analysis module was used to conducted the static analysis of platform.The important experience was summarized by comparing the deformation with collected data,and it was helpful for the design of heavy machine platforms.
