摘要 四斜楔式胀缩卷筒因其结构对称、强度高、径向刚度大,广泛运用于板带钢卷取。对该类型卷筒工作过程径向载荷进行了力学推导,利用三维软件建立了卷筒的实体模型,导入到虚拟样机软件模拟其运动过程,得出了带钢卷层厚度与芯杆轴向推力的关系曲线,为卷筒胀缩缸参数优化设计提供了依据。 The four inclined wedge-style expanding coiler is widely used in the production line of slab-strip steel because of its symmetrical structure,high strength,large radial stiffness.This article analyzes the radial pressure of the mandrel,then the 3D model of the coiler is established in Pro/E,and the model is imported into ADAMS for simulation.The fit curve of the relation between the thrust of hydraulic cylinder and the change of steel strip coil diameter is obtained.It provides the basis for the parameter optimization design of drum swell-shrink cylinder.
