摘要
针对目前贴标机运动范围小的特点,提出了一种新型的利用机械手对钢卷进行自动贴标的方案,并根据贴标工艺要求,制定工艺方案,对机械系统、电气系统进行设计。试验及现场性能测试表明,钢卷自动贴标机的机械系统设计合理,电气系统稳定,人机界面友好,操作简单,能够满足生产要求。
Aiming at the characteristics of small motion range of labeling machine,a new design scheme of labeling steel coil by robot is presented,and the system is designed.According to the technological requirements of labeling,the scheme is formulated,the mechanical system and the electrical system are designed.Experiment and production site performance test show that the mechanical system design of automated labeling machine is reasonable,the electrical system is of great stability,HMI is friendly,the operation is simple and it can meet the production requirements.
